Born in India, Neel's world travels have had a distinct effect on his art as he has worked to capture stories that have an enduring relevance. A graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts, Neel is a film and commercial director. He has created TV spots and trailers for clients such as Electronic Arts, Coca Cola, Nike, Fox Searchlight, and many others. His work achieves over seven million impressions annually worldwide. His Sci-Fi live action trailer for the video game "Mass Effect 3" premiered at the Orpheum theater in Los Angeles at the 2011 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). His short films "Dim Light" and "The O.R." have played at festivals such as the Berlin East-West Competition and the Palm Springs ShortFest. In addition to directing, Neel has several professional editing credits including the world premiere video for the song "This Is War" (Thirty Seconds to Mars) as well as the short film "Jay & Seth vs. The Apocalypse" (starring Seth Rogen) which later sold to Mandate Pictures. Presently, Neel is the video director for three hit franchises at Electronic Arts. He's the co-creator of a puppet comedy webseries titled "Shark Bites," starring Alex Backes, and in pre-production on a found footage thriller titled "Capture," with partners David J. Lawrence and Jon Judelson. Whether directing commercials or film, Neel brings his razor sharp storytelling instincts to bear, creating gripping narratives with lasting impact.
